Skilled Worker Visa extension

Hi

I am currently on Tier 2 General visa and my extension is due in September. Do I need a new COS from my employer to apply for my extension and if yes then how long will it take to get COS from home office as my employer has not got any COS left at the moment.

Please advice as it is very urgent

yes you need new CoS.

Usually, CoS is processed in 1-2 days.

dont know in case of CoS exhausted.

Standard application can take 18 weeks.

They could try for priority at 9am at a cost of £200, then a CoS allocation will be done within a couple of hours.
Char (CR001 not Casa)
