Late processing of ILR Priority application - checking the eligibility

Hi all,

Just wanted to check if we are eligible for a refund of our priority visa fees when applied for ILR.

Date of application - 01/06/2022
Date of Biometrics- 23/06/2022 (9:30 AM) Thursday
Date of decision- 04/07/2022 (6:02 PM) Monday

Clearly it has exceeded the 5 working days time line..

Here, can we apply for a refund?

If yes, please can anyone guide me where should I raise the request?
