what type of visa should my wife and baby apply?

I got ILR since 2015(pbs 5 year route) and my wife and I married in uk while she has student visa, then we leave uk for 1 year and our baby was born outside of UK. if i want to bring them back to uk, what type of visa should they apply? i think my wife need spouse visa? can my baby apply for ILR?

I think they may apply under Appendix FM, SE. Child is ineligible for ILR before mother.
