Skilled worker

Dear Members

I need some information regarding CoS issuance for Skilled workers who have just recently completed a masters course/or few months to complete their course. My question is whether they need English language certificate/degree certificate to apply for a visa.

Another question is, if the migrant is offered a salary as per the ongoing rate of respective SOC CODE, shall the migrant be put into the "New Entrant" or not. When shall we use the New Entrant option.
