How are you guys doing. Am writing on behalf of a friend that need help.
He is Non EU national married to Irish citizen, he has his third stamp 4. Though they got married in their home country before the man came to Ireland and got his stamp 4 through his wife.they have two children , now they have problem the wife throw him out of the house, he is now staying with his fried. Yesterday he got news that the wife is planing to relocate to UK with his kids without informing him.and his stamp 4 is expiring next year January. That next year January is when he will complete his 3year stamp 4 under marriage to Irish citizen, he was planing to apply his Irish citizenship after that.
The questions
Will his wife relocation affect his renewal of his stamp 4.
Can it be possible for a wife to relocate to another country without proper discussion between her and the father of the kids?
