Ok i have one queation regarding WP.My friend got WP 5yrs. back now his time is near but he is scared because on his WP they wrote they ll pay him some amount of money.And he is getting less then tht amount.Will it create a problem in getting indefinate visa??.Because he ll have to show his Work permit Letter ,Bank statements and pay slips which clearly shows that he is not getting that amount of money which is on WP.So my question is what are the chances of getting indef visa??Is there any chance or they ll send him back he have 2 kids aswell.
Plz Help Replies needed

How much is the disparity in his salary ? Does he pay NI and tax?

yes he pays every sort of tAX...onWP its £26000per yr. and hes getting £24000 per yr.

How much was he earning when the work permit was issued?

Though the difference isn't much, he may very well be questioned about it . If it's a genuine case of pay cut because of say the economic climate, he should get a letter from the employer to this effect, which again might be difficult to obtain.
