dear all,
iam on student visa now in UK.my wife is on tier1 general.can i switch to tier1 dependant within the UK.if it is possible, then could you please give me the link of the exact application form that i need to use to apply for tier1 dependant.

I think it is very much possible....and the form is the same which is for everyone else... you will have to pay for this application.

Why did you not apply (at the same time) as her dependent when your wife applicant for Tier1(General)?

thank you somuch for your quick response.due to some reasons i did not apply at the same time when my wife did.i just now checked the application form, i noticed that i can go personally also.iam planning to take appointment tomorrow.once again thank you somuch.

i need a small information regarding the documents.as i informed earlier iam on student visa now, shall i need to submit my up to date student record in UK i mean the latest progress in my course and attendance..etc.
