Spouse visa for the uk.

I am a british citizen present and settled in the uk. My husband is in albania and is albanian. Does it present any problems, or make any difference to his likelihood of getting a spouse visa if I am employed part time. If my salary is £150 + a week, and our living costs would be minimal approx £100 per month.

Please can anyone give me any advice.

I know the amount that you require per week minimum is £94.50 which is what a couple is entitled to on jobseekers allowance.
