Defined CoS start date change by employer

Hi all

Urgent enquiry.
The defined CoS start date was before the approval date. Is their any option to change the start date for the employee as its already passed and will take time to start the job.

Will there be any issues if the start date is already passed in defined CoS.

Yes, they can add a sponsor note in the SMS system.
Will there be any issues if the start date is already passed in defined CoS.
