Cancel visa withdraw request

Hi, I made a request to cancel my current visa application using https://www.gov.uk/cancel-visa. I was confused as I thought I applied for my ILR way too early.

Can I cancel the request and stay with my same visa application?

If you have being informed of successful cancellation means to start application all over. Most likely you have to reapply anyway.
