Help on child visa for main person got ILR

Hi team,

Hope you are doing well.

My query is on applying for a dependent visa for my child born outside the UK. My wife is a healthcare worker and got her ILR on July 04, 2022. And myself, her dependent has completed 3 years of stay in the UK.

I got my visa extended quite recently (precisely, on July 11) for another 3 years, exempted from healthcare surcharge.

I have the following queries, seeking your valuable advice -

1. Can I apply for the same healthcare worker child dependants using the following link?
