Dear Members,
I need your advice.
I am filling out ILR set-LR applications for me and my family. After completing my form, there is no option showing to add my dependant applications. Do I need to create separate login and submit separate applications for each? Can't I submit applications together for me and my family? Any advice how do I get biometrics for all of us together?

For long residence ilr, there is no dependent option or concept.
Each person must apply individually and meet all the Requiremnts individually.

Thank you for your quick reply. When I apply for my children under 18, is there a requirement that both the parents must have ILR or submitted ILR applications already?

If the child qualifies on their own under the long residence, the answer is no. However, if the child does not qualify for ILR under the long residence on their own, then the answer is yes

Dear Members,
I am in the process of applying ILR SET LR.
i need your advise on the Employment section within the application. I am a contractor and have a limited company. I draw a salary + Dividend of around £3000 /month. In this section, should I enter £36000 as an annual income or the company income after expense?
Many thanks in advance.

Yes sure. Employment does not matter for ILR under the long residence
