Hello friends please advise me on following Q's pls:

-To earn the points ,if I paid for over time along with the salalry: Can we consider this to calculate the gross salary???

- Is that mandaotry of taking 12 months avg salary,because in my case i am elgible on 10th month only..i mean if i sum up from 1st to10th salaries i do get enogh points to qualify....


Please shed your answers/experience - it would be grateful for me

Yes, you can claim for period less than 12 months.In your case u can claim for last 10 months income provided you earn enough point to be eligible for Tier 1 visa. Further if you are claiming 10 months earnings it should be the actual earnings for the last 10 months out of 12 months. Claim based on PRORATA basis is NOT allowed.

You can definitely claim points for payments made against overtime (it is a legitimate source of income .. :) ..). But your salary slip needs to show this amount.....and the same amount must be reflected as a credit in your salary account.

When you say payment made for overtime...what is the proof you are planning to provide? If you could list that here.....maybe others and I will be able to help you out better.

YES in my slip its mentioned that OVER TIME... as it is paid for working saturday/sunday. as i total income tax is calucalted including this...

Is this clear??
