Hello Guys,
I will be happy if some one can advise on my situation
We are planning to relocate from UK to other country
Me & my kids are British & have UK Passport but my wife is on Dependent visa & still have to wait 1.5 yrs so we can apply for her ILR
If we relocate to other country what will be best option to go if we want to get her ILR ?
Do I need to again reapply for her VISA if we are coming back to UK after may be 2-3 yrs? (going through all payslips & all docs)
how long she can be out of UK if we want apply for her ILR in next 1.5 yrs ?
Are they cases we can apply for ILR now on kids basis or mine ? she have been in UK since 2016
Thank you

If she is absent for longer than 180 days from the UK she will lose continuous residence and the ILR clock will reset to 0.
All advice comes from personal research and experience and should not be regarded as professional opinion.

Thank you
Is it for continuous 180 days or over all during 5 yrs route?
If we can visit every 5 months for next 2 yrs
Will that be ok?

This is totally incorrect. There is NO absence limit for spouse visa holders.
Please, rules are different for different visas!!

Did you write wife is on dependent visa or she is on spouse visa? Do clarify.

Quite simple to just look at a previous posta. OP got ilr based on long residence. Spouse switched to spouse visa in 2019!!
