Naturalisation

My wife and children have now had ILR for more than 12 months and can apply for naturalisation.

How should I make the application. I have two children : 23 and 16 years of age. Can my wife include both in her application ?

Do I need to attend the appointment too? I have a British Passport ( I am not an applicant, but my wife and children are)

One of the document is consent by parents for my son who is under 18. Parents are me and my wife. My wife is already an applicant. So what kind of consent letter is needed? Where can I find a copy of it so that if needed I can make one

- you don't need to attend the biometrics obv as you are British already.
- the consent form should be available to download once you submit your application (for the child)

A letter of consent from Mr XXXX's parent(s) or legal guardian(s)
The letter must:
give their full names and addresses
say that they agree to let you apply for a British citizenship
If you have more than one parent or legal guardian, they must both sign the letter and confirm that they agree
to what it says. If you only have one parent or legal guardian they must explain why the other parent is unable
to consent e.g. whereabouts unknown, no contact since MM/YYYY

I filled an MN1 application yesterday and it was definitely one of the mandatory actions listed at the end of application.
- book appointment
- download the parental consent form
