Hi everyone,
I hope you are keeping well. Just want to get advise for my friend, He has married with UK Settled person in the UK but he has children from first marriage, He would like to apply visa for kids, those are aboard with their grand parents, Please if someone advise me on which form he need to apply and supporting documents.
He is financial well establish and living in the UK 4 years,
I hope someone will advise on this matter,

What is the UK immigration status of the other parent of the children?
