Wrongs in SAR- Alias names

Dear Gurus,
I asked for my wife's SAR, I found two wrongs information in her SAR, how to ask HO to correct it.
Her citizenship application was on 20/07/2021 and we did not hear from HO, I think they have checks about her names, the mistake was in her name translation from Arabic to English.
Please advise
