Set(lr) or Set(m)

Post by vista » Sun Jan 22, 2023 12:08 am

Hi,
I came to the UK in Aug 2011 as tier 2 dependant. Then switched to spouse visa at some point later. My 5 years of spouse visa will complete in Apr-2023. However i also have lived for 10 years lawfully in the UK (since Aug 2011).

My question is can i apply for Set (LR) now or do i have to wait until Apr 2023 and apply for Set (M)?

Please help me .
Cheers

You can go for SET(LR), if you have 10 years of lawful residence.
Not a qualified immigration adviser. Use links and references given to gain confirmation and/or extra information.

ILR LR requires minimum evidence of your current passport, BRP, LIUK and English test result at level B1.
