I applied for 3 year Skilled worker visa (Nov 2021 to Nov 2024) and paid IHS as part of the application.
Last year, I switched my job to a new employer and paid IHS again (Aug 2022 to Aug 2024). The IHS was paid twice for two applications for Aug 2022 to Nov 2024. I was under the impression that any overlapping IHS would be refunded automatically in 6 weeks, however, its been more than 4 months and I have not heard anything from UKVI.
Do you know if there is any email address/contact number where this could be raised. The general UKVI contact number doesn't help much as they only repeat what is written on Gov UK website.
