Decision no email collect passport

I apply for spouse visa in 20 October.
I receive an email from vfs global passport is ready for collection it's auto generated email on Friday. 27/01/2023
I didn't receive an email for decision from home office.
I check my application status on pay enquiry on 24/1/2023 they says application is been considered and waiting for a decision .
After 3 days they say passport is ready for collection I am a little panic because in these days home office roughly takes 20 to 22 weeks to make decision but in my case they send my passport in 14 weeks and 3 days .
Very very confuse .

No need to panic, Some getting decision quicker not later like before. No one has an answer for you here till you get to VFS to pick up passport.
