Retrieving Previous spouse visa application

I’m trying to retrieve my first spousal visa application, basically it was done by my solicitor, I am trying to do it by myself and save 1k so if I get the first application than it will be easier for me to fill up the form, what could be the way to get it please any ideas?

Ask your previous solicitor. You cannot retrieve it online through the UKVI portal.

you could also possibly get a SAR from home office, they will give you all your records

It will give records but likely not the previous completed application form.
