Query-Switching from HSMP dependant visa to Tier1 general

Hi,

I have an HSMP dependant visa and have been working in the UK for a couple of years now. Now I want to switch to Tier1 general in my own rights. I know I need to go to India and get an entry clearance for Tier1 general. My question is :

1) what OTHER documents do i need to show (apart from the required documents for assessing my score for tier1 general) for entry clearance?

2) Do I have to submit the photocopy of my husband's passport or his HSMP visa approval letter as he was the primary visa holder?

3) Any other document of spouse that I require to submit to switch into tier1. I know the required documents for tier1 general.

As I'll be travelling to India for this task, don't want to take any chance. Hence the query.
