Court Case and Naturalisation

Post by lomo » Sun Feb 05, 2023 7:48 pm

Hi,

I was involved in a car accident which was not my fault. I may have to take the third party to courts to claim some of the damages. The outcome could be in my favour or I could even lose the claim. Will going to courts affect my naturalisation application? I am bit worried as having court rulings can affect immigration applications. So, I am bit worried settling things through courts. Your advise will be really helpful.

Thanks

No issue. It is a civil matter.
