Income Requirement for PBS Dependant Visa

Hi,

My wife and son came on a Tier 1 entrepreneur-dependant visa in 2018 and got an extension (PBS Dependant LTR) in February 2021.

Their ILR is due in December 2023. The things I need to know:

I am British citizen now and earning £13500/ year. I am trying hard to get a job where I can earn £22000/year. I could not find the exact financial requirements for the ILR application of PBS Dependant. Can you please help me out?
