Naturalisation spouse of British/EU citizen

My wife and I got married in the UK before she obtained her British citizenship and when she had her EU citizenship. I'm now coming up to getting ILR and I was looking to immediately apply for British citizenship as a spouse of a British citizen as soon as I do.

Do you know if this is possible and if it makes any difference that she was an EU citizen at the time of our wedding, and only obtained her British citizenship afterwards?

You are married to a BC at time of application and thats what counts - you can apply immediately.
