Hi
Please forgive me if this question already exists or if it is the wrong section.
My husband is about to apply for his spouse visa extension soon and hopefully as it’s a straightforward case, we shouldn’t have an issues (fingers crossed)
Once he gets the decision, obviously after 2.5 years we can apply for ILR.
However, when can he book the Life in the UK test?
I have been told that he can do the test anytime after the extension is successful? So this would mean the test result is valid until it is time to apply for ILR?
He doesn’t need to do the English test as he has a master’s degree taught in English, from London.
Thanks
