Waiting period for BC after ILR

Waiting period for BC after ILR

Hi All,

I have a question for my spouse British citizen application.

Does my spouse needs to wait for application of naturalisation for 1 year after ILR or she can apply once BRP receive on basis of below visa history?

I came in UK-2010(Student visa) then PSW till 2014 then On Tier 1 from 2014 to 2020.ILR(10 years basis)in 2020 and British citizen in 2021.

My wife on dependant visa from 2013 to 2020 and then FLR(M) from April 2020 to Feb 2023 She got approval for ILR on basis of 10 years.

She can apply when she has BRP. Doesn't matter which way you got to BC, as long as you're British, she can apply on 3 year basis (and with no waiting period after ILR).
