Dear Experts,

I am moving from Skillefd PBS Dependent to Skilled worker Main Applicant

1. Should my employer assign a COS from their undefined CoS annual allocation?

2. if yes, Should he need to choose Create and Assign COS > Skiller Worker > (Switching immigiration category - ISC liable) in the SMS (Sponsorship management system)?
