Spouse visa extension requirements

Hi guys,
Having received our initial spouse visa, I started checking for what is required for the extension visa, so not to make the same mistake as in initial visa application.
From what I gathered this seems to be what is needed:

-IELTS UKVI life skills A2 (B1 better to use for ILR application later)
-Subsisting relationship-same kind of evidence as in initial application such as photos, trips etc?
-Accommodation evidence-tenancy agreement in both of our names?
-£18600 financial requirement-6 months employment income etc?
-Anything needs submitting for character suitability conditions?
-Cohabitation documents-at least 6 joint items, from 3 different sources

Please point out if I am missing anything, thanks

Not required.

-Accommodation evidence-tenancy agreement in both of our names?

Yes.

-£18600 financial requirement-6 months employment income etc?

Yes.

-Anything needs submitting for character suitability conditions?

No

-Cohabitation documents-at least 6 joint items, from 3 different sources

Yes but they can be in individual names. They don't have to be in joint names. You need a selection of items from 3 to 6 sources spteadevenly for every 3 to 4 months for the 2 years prior to your extension application date.
