Visa Update, Job change

Hello All, I am currently in UK on SWV and the dependent visa for my wife and child is in process at my home country. I wanted to change my employer and just got a new CoS. My new employer is asking me to apply to update my visa urgently in Super Priority route. If I apply to update my visa on new cos will this impact the processing of the dependent visas as their application is on earlier cos/visa?
