No Qr code attached

Hi everyone,
I have appointment booked for biometrics tomorrow, I was going through the email and it says I need to print QR code, but I can't find any Qr code attachment in my Gmail, I have tried login through different devices, but there is not attachment.
Kindly advise what to do.

Not familiar with how that email looks like - but may be there's a file attached which you have to click to open?
Otherwise you just have to go to the appointment - they must have a work-around if the code is not displayed.

It should be attached to the original email you received when you booked the appointment.
