Questions regarding filling in the online form

Post by KM0170 » Sun Mar 12, 2023 9:26 pm

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well! My wife is a Pakistani national here on a spouse visa (I am a British national). She has had a spouse visa, FLR-M, and then ILR and we are filling out the application.

Just a few questions when filling in some of the questions on the form if you could help please:

1/ Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?
- Should this be yes as she made an application for the initial spouse visa and the FLR-M and ILR (I assume I would need to add 3 entries under this section if this is the case)?

2/ Proof of living in the UK for 5 years if applying in your own right or 3 years if applying as the spouse of a British Citizen
- What would count as proof?

Please help, if I think of any more I will let you know.

Thanks!!!

1/ All immigration applications incl. ILR (not visitor visas though)
2/ Passport(s) covering the residency period (with stamps in/out)
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.
