i need some advice
Has anyone applied naturalisation based on 5 years non-eu? i do part time work last 3years and My spouse was received JA and BacktoED in 5years time then will my application refused if i apply naturalisation
?
anyone got refusal based on similar to my situation please comment below very appreciate it.

What's your (and your spouse's) immigration status?

Not sure about the effects of those on naturalization, but a bunch of permissions have conditions to not be "an undue burden of the state", and if your permission is revoked during processing, you, most likely, won't be able to finish the procedure.
