Docs requirement for New born under HSMP-

Hi
Just a quick question.
What documents are require for a Residency permitt (visa) for new born.
My friend is currently on HSMP- got her extension for four years. she has not yet switched to Tier One as her visa is still valid.

she is expecting a child in April next year.
Can some one advise what docs are to be sent to Home office for new born's visa?
