appointment of case officer

Post by jbshan » Wed Dec 24, 2008 6:56 am

1. How long does it take to appoint a case officer for visa class 176 (stilled migration - State/Territory nominated)?

2. I have applied for the visa in Aug 2008. My doubt here is that my NSW nomination is valid for only one year and what happens to it if the visa processing takes more than that valid period?

3. Do anyone have experience in migrating to NSW, nominated for a chemist. If so what is the scope.

Hi, I hope you still remember me, right now we just received our State Sponsorship from Tasmania. I think PR in your time of lodgement takes quite a long time compared to Provisional Visa-475 in terms of CO allocation. But stay cool as long as your documents have been acknowledged by the department and you have received a letter of acknowledgment from them then you dont need to worry. Cheers!
