Hi All,
Please help me to apply EC

I have HSMP letter dated 13/08/2008 and planning to apply EC from india in Feb 2009.I am maintaning 2800 pounds for maintance account, but unfortuantely i need the money urgently, so planning to get the Bank statement/Bank letter by today and will withdraw the money afterwards.
please let me know if there is any issue in doing so?
