Visa Expiring Tomorrow

Hi,

One of my family members (on spouse visa) have the visa expiring tomorrow and they would be eligible for ilr but they have not passed the life in the uk test. (age 40)

Pls can some guru advise if they should apply for an extension or apply for ilr and mention that they have booked the life in the uk test?

Can he extend or no?

Pls any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If they pass the test, they can the apply for ILR and vary the extension application if no decision has been made.

The ilr form asks for the test information and reference number.
