Hi ,


I am an indian passport holder. Right now I am staying in canada as a dependent since 4 months and my husband is staying since 8 months. I want to apply for an australian study permit in canada.Can I apply directly from canada or do I need to go india. Please help me. Thanks alot.

What's your status in Canada? Tourist, student, working, something else?

If you are in canada as a visitor, then you must apply in india.
If you are in canada as a student or resident or on some type of long term visa, then you can apply in canada.

My advice to you is visit or call the australian embassy in canada and ask them.
