Skilled worker visa tier 2

When applying for extension of tier2 skilled worker visa in same job, what documents do we need?? Does the employer have to give certificate of sponsorship again ??

Yes, a new CoS from the sponsor is required for an extension.

Skilled worker visa - COS

Thank you for the reply. My employer gave me option for 3 years or 5 years health care visa. I am doubtful if the charge for COS changes with the 3 year or 5 year visa. I think only processing fee changes. Please correct me.
