DOCUMENTS TO SUBMIT FOR THE REMOVAL OF NRPF

Post by convenantkeepingGod » Tue May 09, 2023 12:17 pm

Hi,

Please for those who have succesfully submitted a NRPF(No Recourse to Public Funds) removal , did you have to submit bank statements for every bank accounts you hold even those not in use ?

And did you have to explain each transactions on those statements?
If refused is this going to affect my ILR application next year ?

Kind regards to all

The requirements are listed here-

Apply online if you already have leave granted on the basis of your family or private life and your financial circumstances change.
https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... ces-change

Universal Credit will only pay for 2 children. It's unlikely the Housing element (rent) of Universal Credit will pay all the rent.

If you have a partner, their income and capital will be used.

If you are single, the father/s of your children have to pay child maintenance.
https://www.gov.uk/calculate-child-maintenance

Child maintenance money from the father/fathers will not reduce the payment on a Universal Credit claim.

Yes you will be expected to supply 6 months of bank statements for all bank accounts whether used or not belonging to you, any partner and any children. You will also need to itemise your income and expenditure so that the Home Office can decide if there is a risk of hardship/destitution.

I assume you have leave to remain under Family/Private life provisions?
