Spouse Visa Application Address change

Hello All,

I am British, and my wife is Turkish. She got her spouse via in 2020 and we have been living in the UK since 09/2020. First we started living in London , but 6 months ago we moved to Bristol.

We are about make an extension application but I am confused with the following question, could you please advise me ? Shall I fill this question with our new Bristol address or shall I put old London address ?

Month 9 Year 2020

Where have you lived together?

Could you please advise that which address I should put for it ?
