UK Studnet + dependant visa

Post by Shreakh » Sat May 20, 2023 3:09 pm

One of my friend's is planning to come to the UK as a student with his family. He's already got an offer for a MSc and preapring to apply for the visa. He's got two children as well and one of them has a severe disabiliy. (born disability). Can the child's disability be a problem to obtain the visa for his disabled child ? At some point in the dependant's visa application, is it required to mention about his disability ?

No and no.

If it did affect the visa outcome, it would be discrimination and not legally allowed.
