Hello, I pass B1 test about 2.5 years ago, but I never used it, my question is, do I need to buy it again or is it valid?

You can only use an expired test if both of the flowing are met.

1. The test and test provider are still on the current ukvi approved list

AND

2. You used it in a previous immigration application.

Never used for a successful application before and expired means it can not be used.
