Paying Fees for Family Visa

Hi,

Does anyone know of a way to use 2 cards to pay for an online application fee? The amount for my family's Dependent Visa Extension is quite large and I don't have one credit card that covers the total amount. I can't transfer from one card to another because interest rates on cash withdrawals are massively high.

I am applying for wife's and kid's extension visas, so it would be easier to apply for them together. A question please: Would I be able to pay the Immigration Health Surcharge with a different card?
