I have the following question:
My first British passport application is stuck for 10 weeks since ‘Documents Received’ status update.
HMPO website says that due to this fact (10 weeks past) I can ask for my application to be processed faster by sending email to HMPO.
From your experience, should I send this email with simply asking to expedite the application, or it is better to explain in the same email why I need the passport, send them the tickets, etc?
