Extension application for a British spouse.

Hello,
I am assisting my british brother with his application for his pakistani spouse extension. He has been employed at my company since July 2015. I am using the following documents. I kindly request guidance from senior members.

1-English language a1 certificate ielts expired
2- marriage certificate nadra
3- Marriage certificate original in urdu
4- Marriage certificate translated in English
5- FRC from nadra


6-sponsor’s passport
7-Employer letterhead
8-Accommodation letter ( is this needed ?)
9-sponsor pay slips(dates) for 12 months on wards
11-sponsor bank statement showing the salary going into my account every month
12- sponsor's p60

13- COMPANY TAX RETURN LAST FULL FINANCIAL YEAR
14- : EVIDENCE OF FILLED ACCOUNTS( ELECTRONIC EVIDENCE OF
FILLED ACCOUNT)
15- EVEDENCE OF COMPANY HOUSE REGISTRATION
16- ANUAL ACCOUNTS

Please inform me if any documents need to be removed or if there are any additional documents that should be included. thankyou in advance

English level A2 minimum is required for an extension. A1 will not be accepted.

They need to provide two years evidence of cohabitation at the same address in both their names, from 3 to 6 difference sources, spread evenly for every 3 to 4 months.

Appendix 1.7 also lists very clearly what company documents are required if employed by a family business.

P60 not required.
