Spouse Visa Renewal Forms

Good day all,

I'm in the process of renewing my spouse's visa and I filled out forms VAF4A and VAF4A Appendix 2 for the original application. Do I need to fill out both forms for the renewal?

No, it is form FLR M that is completed for an extension.
