No objection certificate, HSMP dependant visa,covering lett

Dear Members,

1-I am applying entry clearnce and would like to know that either i will submit no objection certificate of my current job or will submit a refrence letter of my job?

2-I would also like to know that if i will apply a visa of my wife?what is the status and how many fee i will pay?

3-Pls tell me in short form what should i write in covering letter as i am a doctor and will do PLab exams after arriving in UK?and i will not do anything as a doctor before passing plab.

Pls reply me as soon as possible as i have to submit my application in a very short period of time.
