EEA1 Family Permit appeal

Hi, all!
I apllied for a EEA Family Permit this summer, but officer refused my application. I appealed this decision and soon AIT sent me a AIT 11 letter. They wrote that a notice of appeal was lodged on 11 september, embassy recieved it and this file will send to AIT by 6 november. They wrote also that this may take up to 16 weeks. I read here about very big time to hearing date, but almost everyone is trying to get EEA2, EEA4 or recidence card. This is the different process: I appelated from outside the UK. I wonder: does my appelation will stay in the same queue and i must wait at least 2 months more or I will get my hearing sooner? Please, help me..
