Confusion over Type of visa/application (PBS,

Post by Vivek211 » Fri Jul 21, 2023 5:01 pm

Good Afternoon,

I am British citizen since July 2022, my visa path was from Tier-2 generally (skilled visa).

Wife's visa history:

In June 2019, she was granted for 1.5 years visa (dependant to Tier2) as I had only 1.5yrs left on tier-2 sponsor visa.

I got ILR in Jan 2020

Then, Oct2020 my wife was granted for 3years extension (type of visa/application on application was "PBS, Start-up, Innovator or Global Talent dependant partner"

My wife's visa is about to expire in 3months(Oct 2023), to extend her visa I know that application must be done on same category otherwise everything will be reset to ZERO which I can't afford.

Could you someone please visa advise or provide a correct link to apply for extension.

Kind regards
Vivek

PBS dependent visa extension again, same as you apply last time.

It will be a 3 year extension.
